Violations may result in:

• Disqualification

7. AI-Based Evaluation Disclaimer

Assessment results are generated using automated AI systems designed for consistency and scalability.

While Sabio implements safeguards to promote fairness and reduce bias:

• Results are provided “as is”
• Outcomes may be subject to review or validation
• Sabio does not guarantee acceptance of results by third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, algorithms, models, and materials are owned by Sabio or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
